By Car From Miami-Ft. Lauderdale Take I-75 West to Exit 80, FL 29. Go right on FL 29 North towards Immokalee for 10 miles.

Make a left turn at Oil Well Road/858. The Sunniland County Store is on the corner of the intersection. Proceed 5 miles. The entrance to Ave Maria (Ave Maria Blvd) is on the right. The University’s Visitor Center is located in La Piazza approximately 3 miles north of the entrance. West Coast of Florida Proceed on Interstate-75 to Exit 111 (Immokalee Road) and proceed east 10 miles to Oil Well Road. Turn right and proceed 10 miles.
