In her free time, Washawn enjoys exploring new her home state of Rhode Island with her family. Lawson Mitchell is the Digital Solutions Manager for the Providence Journal. His team is responsible for engaging with Rhode Island’s business community and increasing their online presence. Lawson brings over 18 years of B2C and B2B sales and entrepreneurial experience. As past President of Fully Vested, he built the business by focusing marketing almost exclusively online.

Since 2012 he has been using the knowledge and experience he gained from his own business helping other owners successfully navigate modern marketing. A self described LinkedIn LION he is an innovative networker and enjoys uncovering new technological revenue drivers.

He resides in Johnston, Rhode Island with his three boys, Lawson, twins Robert and Tyler and their dog CeeCee. Kai Cropper is a Digital Solutions Account Executive for the Providence Journal. With a proven background in both digital marketing, operations management, banking, and advertising he brings a wealth of experience. Kai is not only well versed in solutions that provide a good fit for his clients, but is also great at overseeing the life and optimization of all campaigns he oversees. He brings over 13 years experience in his industry and is dedicated to helping grow any business or community he partners with. He is certified by Google to speak on all forms of media and advertising and has a proven track record working with many different types of businesses. Kai has lived on historic Federal Hill in Providence, RI for several years and enjoys spending time with his family.

In his free time he likes to surf in South County and ride motorcycles throughout New England. He is a proud father and enjoys traveling when time allows. As a digital advertising sales consultant, Amanda is dedicated to the growth of the Rhode Island business community.

She has obtained her reputation as one of Newport County's premier advertising sales executives through her relationships with local businesses on and around Aquidneck Island. Originally from Minnesota, Amanda possesses over fifteen years of sales, advertising and marketing experience. Her focus is to create brand awareness, produce solutions, and ultimately an increase in ROI for her clients. Amanda and her husband relocated to the Ocean State three years ago when her husband pursued his dream as a wooden boat builder. Because of the wonderful opportunities that have been afforded to them, they are happy to claim Little Rhody as their new home. Amanda is an active member of the Newport County Chamber of Commerce, she proudly serves on the Emerging Leader's and the Retail Hospitality Committees.

In addition to her work experience, Amanda has served as the Education Coordinator for the Family Justice Center in Duluth, MN and is currently an active volunteer for the Newport County Daffodillion Campaign.
