As far as i understand, Photoshop CC officially supports right-to-left languages (Middle eastern versions). But, Indesign and Illustrator still have a separate version: the only way I’ve found to download a working trial was by downloading the “creative cloud” installer, change preferences -> apps -> app language from “English (International)” to “English תומך עברית” and then to install the desired application. Actually, there is no separate installer for MENA languages with Creative Cloud It’s all done with a single, unified installer, which contains all available product languages. So it works the same way when using the direct download links to the standalone CC 2017 installers above.
